1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LLC Assist (operated by RIPPLEIT LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LLC Assist provides AI-assisted guidance for preparing IRS Form 5472 and Pro Forma 1120 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs. We also offer optional LLC formation and related business setup services. We are a document preparation service — we are not a law firm, tax advisor, or CPA.

3. Not Legal or Tax Advice

LLC Assist does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. The information and tools provided are for general informational and document preparation purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying that your filings are accurate and complete. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed CPA or tax attorney for complex situations.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submission to the IRS.
• You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are stated in USD. Due to the nature of document preparation services, payments are non-refundable once a filing session has been unlocked or a formation order has been initiated. If you believe there is an error, contact us at support@rippleit-co.com within 48 hours of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIPPLEIT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LLC Assist, including IRS penalties, fines, or rejections resulting from incorrect filings. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on LLC Assist is owned by RIPPLEIT LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
